What does Trance Feel like?

We've all experienced Trance without knowing it. The word "trance" can sound mysterious, but it’s a completely natural state that everyone experiences on a daily basis. A trance is simply a focused state of awareness where you are deeply relaxed and more open to suggestion. 1. Trance Is a Natural State You’ve likely experienced trance-like states many times without realising it. For example, when you’re deeply engrossed in a book or lost in thought while driving, you’re in a mild trance. During hypnosis, a similar state is achieved intentionally to help you access your subconscious mind. 2. Relaxation and Focus In a hypnotic trance, you feel very relaxed, both physically and mentally. Your mind may feel as though it’s drifting, but you’re still aware of what’s happening around you.
